The installation of an anti-theft fog system
A complete anti-theft fog system (kit) consists of four basic devices: the Ajax central alarm unit, a motion detector, an arming-disarming remote control and the Ajax Ready fog generator.
The central Ajax alarm unit acts as the driving force of the system. It is responsible for communicating with the user and is activated when movement or an attempted breach is detected. It can also act as a proxy for the other devices in the system.
The motion detector works with the central unit and detects movement within a defined space. As soon as it detects motion, it immediately sends a signal to the central unit to perform the appropriate actions.
The arm-disarm remote allows the user to control the system status remotely. It can be used to arm or disarm the system in case the user needs to enter or exit the premises. Arming and disarming can also be done via the Ajax application from the mobile phone.
The Ajax Ready fog machine is the powerhouse of the system. Once activated, it immediately releases large amounts of safe fog, creating a dense foggy environment that makes visibility difficult and prevents criminals from carrying out their crime.
