• What does PhOD mean?
  PhOD is short for Photo on Demand. It is a feature that allows you to take photos from the camera whenever you want, directly from the app on your mobile phone. This feature is in addition to the automatic downloads that occur in the event of an alarm, based on scenarios or scheduled events.

• Does the camera require power to operate?
  The camera is designed to operate exclusively on batteries, using 6 CR123A batteries, which provide up to 3 years of autonomy. Optionally, you can connect it to an external power source (12–24 V⎓). In this case, the batteries act as a backup power source, ensuring uninterrupted operation in the event of a power failure.

• What is the recommended installation method?
  For optimal performance, it is recommended that the camera be installed at a height of 2 to 4 meters. The use of the metal swivel mount is necessary for proper targeting and angle adjustment to effectively cover all areas and avoid blind spots.

• Does it support range extenders?
  Yes, the system is fully compatible with ReX and ReX 2 range extenders. A system can use up to 5 extenders, significantly extending the range of wireless communication and allowing devices to be installed even in very large spaces or in different buildings.
