TIGER SAFES proudly presents the new HS range of heavy-duty and high-security safes which have been designed, tested and manufactured using the company’s experience and expert knowledge.

Most safes protect us from either burglary or fire. It is extremely rare that a safe can protect us from both threats. The brand new HS Series from TIGER SAFES was designed and built for this very reason. To be able to protect our property both in case of burglary and in case of fire.

The body of the safe that surrounds the door is constructed to have the ability to prevent warm air and heat from entering through the gaps inside, thus giving the safe its unique fireproof characteristics. The HS series safes have been successfully tested in a two-hour fire exposure, according to the most demanding data.

The door of HS safes is constructed internally and externally from electronically welded steel plates surrounding the new upgraded CS 12000 solid material monolith combined with reinforced “Z” type bars. In particular, the area where the locks are located is protected by an additional plate of manganese-hardened steel. The total thickness of the door approaches 140mm. The combination of the above characteristics gives the door incomparable resistance against the persistent and coordinated attacks of burglars.

The body of the safe has a total thickness of 70mm and is manufactured in the same way as the door. That is, it has a multilayer structure with welded steel plates that surround the high-density solid monolith in combination with the reinforced “Z” type bars. In this way, the non-negotiable anti-burglary features of the safe and its ability to effectively protect our property are achieved.

HS safes are equipped with a mechanical lock from the leading German company KABA MAUER and with an additional mechanical combination lock. These locks have the highest security certifications and work with the patented and LASER-treated locking mechanism. The mechanism moves solid steel bars with a diameter of 35mm which nest into predetermined positions in the body of the safe. Fixed bars simultaneously secure the door from the hinge side.

The vital area of the locks is additionally protected by a relocking mechanism. This system consists of a glass plate, which is placed between the door and the locks and is connected with latches. An attempted breach with tools or explosives will shatter the glass plate, simultaneously activating the traps that will hermetically seal the door, thus preventing a breach.
